The new SIM2 Grand Cinema™ C3X LUMIS 3D kit includes a set of two latest 3-chip DLP projectors capable of delivering up to 9000 lumens to a standard screen which can be easily used for 3D stereo visualization when required. Both projectors come fitted with internal Infitec filters configurable for either 2D or 3D images at Full HD resolution (1080p).

Infitec Wavelenght Multiplex Imaging is a passive 3D stereo visualization technology adopted succesfully for professional digital cinema and simulations applications. Coupled with SIM2 projection technologies it results in one of the most advanced, reliable and outperforming solution.

Infitec also means that stereo separation is independent from viewing angles allowing different home and professional applications such as moving simulators or immersive environments where standard polarised 3d technologies are not viable.
Apart from professional use of 3D stereoscopic technology such as medical imaging, VR simulators and dangerous environment exploration 3D is now becoming widely adopted in consumer and large venue market for educational and entertainment purposes.
