  • SIM2 UK Ltd (a subsidiary of SIM2 SpA Italy) is a manufacturer of Video and Projection systems for the Luxury Consumer and Custom Installation Market along with Professional applications such as, Color Grading, Post- Production and Control Rooms.

    Due to the growing demand for our new range of products, including the CRYSTAL CUBE, SIM2 is currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional to join their sales team to cover the following position.

    RSM 21 (please refer to this reference when you send your CV)
    Sales Area: UK London & South East

    The ideal candidate should have previous field sales experience and will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work on their own initiative. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are key to the role, together with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Working to targets and reporting directly to the Managing Director of SIM2 UK Ltd you will be required to develop new channels distribution and maintain and further improve relationships with our existing customers and a multi channel distribution.

    We are looking for someone who is good at multi-tasking, has a technical understanding of the electronic products and can work on their own or within a team. Knowledge of the CI industry, from an installation or distribution background, is preferred. Working closely with our clients and assisting on complex projects you need to have excellent communication skills to explain the technical benefits of our products.

    Requirements:
    - A good understanding of the Home Cinema or similar business and/or Custom Install and Post-Production Industry.
    - Computer Literate with experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).
    - Excellent verbal and written English.
    - A flexible attitude and good work ethic.
    - Good Presentation & interpersonal skills
    - Available for frequent travels
    - Driving License

  • SIM2 USA Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate who have sales experience in the Consumer Electronics and/or Custom Installation high end Home Cinema Design. Video Projection Experience a Plus.

    Title: Sales Specialist
    Position Type: Direct Hire
    Location: Work from Home – 30% or more travel required
    Salary Range: Based on experiences and performances is able to meet to highest level of competence

    Job Description:

    Sales (80%)
    – Responsible for all sales activities for accounts (Representatives, Distributors, Existing Accounts, New Accounts). This includes, but is not limited to:
    · Maintain regular contact by phone and in person.
    · Maintain good relationships with Representatives, Dealers and customers.
    · Process purchase orders as necessary.
    · Follow-up on any issues – credit, returns, availability, support, pricing, etc. in a timely manner.
    · Present new products or promotions.
    · Train Dealer’s staff as necessary.
    · Use internal systems to respond to customer inquiries, for example, stock availability, and pricing.
    · Develop new accounts in assigned territory.

    Administrative (20%)
    · Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner as required. This includes expense, sales, forecasts, etc.
    · Manage demonstration units sent to customers. Manage Customer/Dealer issues as needed.
    · Maintain and safeguard demo kits and other company property such as laptops and cell phone.
    · Control expenses (not only expenditures, but also discounts to customers) and stay within established budgets.
    · Attend sales meetings.
    · Attend Trade shows, Representative, distributor or Dealer’s shows as needed.

    Requirements:

    · High School. Sales experience within the Custom installation industry can substitute.
    · At least 3/5 years sales experience in Consumer Electronics, selling direct and through distribution.
    · Team player who can also work independently.
    · Ability to prioritize and stay organized.
    · Solid presentation skills.
    · Solid time management skills.
    · Strong problem solving skills.
    · Strong communication skills.
    · Ability to travel 30%+.
    · Intermediate, or higher, level computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet, and CRM
